Our company is looking for a Associate Senior Associate HR Shared Services to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of HR associates in a shift including mentoring, coaching and training;
- Create best practice process, reference material, tools for team to share workflows;
- Identifies and communicates opportunities and Operational problems to the team leader;
- Assign work to associates and facilitate clearance of issues by end of day as per priority;
- Responsible for delivering a quality HR customer service to employees, managers, and other stakeholders;
- Serves as first level of escalation. Determines if further escalation is required and facilitates appropriate action;
- Establishes, builds & maintains effective partnership with employees and stakeholders;
- General people management including attendance, attrition and performance management;
- Conduct feedback session with team on a regular basis;
- Manages the resolution of complex customer queries;
- Facilitates seamless hand over of open issues and backlog to ensure effective start of next shift.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a high degree of customer service and relationship building abilities;
- Team Management skills including coaching, mentoring, training, conflict resolution;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Strong organizational skills;
- 3+ years of experience with working in a large corporate in human resources environment;
- Ability to analyze data and see a trend/pattern;
- Must have completed graduation in any discipline;
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral;
- Working in a HR Shared Services environment;
- Knowledge of HR systems;
- Familiarity with HR Processes;
- Experience in guiding individuals to balance workload and work effectively as a team.
