Our company is looking for a Associate Senior Associate HR Shared Services to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages a team of HR associates in a shift including mentoring, coaching and training;
  • Create best practice process, reference material, tools for team to share workflows;
  • Identifies and communicates opportunities and Operational problems to the team leader;
  • Assign work to associates and facilitate clearance of issues by end of day as per priority;
  • Responsible for delivering a quality HR customer service to employees, managers, and other stakeholders;
  • Serves as first level of escalation. Determines if further escalation is required and facilitates appropriate action;
  • Establishes, builds & maintains effective partnership with employees and stakeholders;
  • General people management including attendance, attrition and performance management;
  • Conduct feedback session with team on a regular basis;
  • Manages the resolution of complex customer queries;
  • Facilitates seamless hand over of open issues and backlog to ensure effective start of next shift.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a high degree of customer service and relationship building abilities;
  • Team Management skills including coaching, mentoring, training, conflict resolution;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • 3+ years of experience with working in a large corporate in human resources environment;
  • Ability to analyze data and see a trend/pattern;
  • Must have completed graduation in any discipline;
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral;
  • Working in a HR Shared Services environment;
  • Knowledge of HR systems;
  • Familiarity with HR Processes;
  • Experience in guiding individuals to balance workload and work effectively as a team.
