Responsibilities:
- Participate in Calibration sessions, with line of business compliance, business partners and Program Managers;
- Provide input and insight to key drivers of errors;
- Shift Timings/window – 1030 – 2100 hours (Monday – Friday); will be required to be flexible, basis business need.
Requirements:
- Motivated, results oriented with commitment to deadlines;
- Organized with high attention to details;
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform in updating environment;
- CSP;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Prior experience of Call & Collect or Outside Agencies;
- ROP.
