Our company is looking for a Operations Support to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Calibration sessions, with line of business compliance, business partners and Program Managers;
  • Provide input and insight to key drivers of errors;
  • Shift Timings/window – 1030 – 2100 hours (Monday – Friday); will be required to be flexible, basis business need.

Requirements:

  • Motivated, results oriented with commitment to deadlines;
  • Organized with high attention to details;
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform in updating environment;
  • CSP;
  • Proficiency with MS Office;
  • Prior experience of Call & Collect or Outside Agencies;
  • ROP.
