Our company is looking for a Customer Service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers to help trouble-shoot problems;
  • Additionally, social media interaction (if interested/inclined);
  • Carry out dip-stick research with customers as when they happen;
  • Process and analyze customer feed-back and suggest ways for continual improvement of the product;
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
  • Communicating with customers through various channels;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives;
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Requirements:

  • Sense of humour;
  • Self-driven to achieve targets & goals;
  • Active on twitter and facebook (Active implies, daily usage/posts.the more followers/friends, the better.blog is a plus);
  • Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint savvy;
  • Excellent communication skills, flair for writing is a plus;
  • Enthusiastic, out-going and genuinely friendly (loves people and interacting with people);
  • Be a part of shaping the growth of the company (and a larger cause/change) with feedback and ideas – which will be a mandatory expectation.
