Customer Service Agent Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation;
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers’ requests;
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth delivery of AK products;
- Ensure tasks are completed in the given turnaround time;
- Ensure customer satisfaction is given utmost importance;
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions;
- Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken;
- Dial outbound calls for lead conversion on all channels related to AK;
- Process any refunds, adjustments and customer request.
Requirements:
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good communications skills in English, Hindi, Kannada (Tamil is optional);
- Ability to handle pressure.
