Our company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation;
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers’ requests;
  • Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth delivery of AK products;
  • Ensure tasks are completed in the given turnaround time;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is given utmost importance;
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions;
  • Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken;
  • Dial outbound calls for lead conversion on all channels related to AK;
  • Process any refunds, adjustments and customer request.

Requirements:

  • Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Good communications skills in English, Hindi, Kannada (Tamil is optional);
  • Ability to handle pressure.
