Customer Service Associate Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attending the customers and making the sales;
- Attend staff meetings regularly;
- Help and offer customers with baskets and trolleys;
- Follow up with the customers at the time of any promotions;
- Achieve sales target of the section;
- Ensure sales closure of the walk-in customers;
- Escalate not resolved queries to Store Managers, requiring urgent attention;
- Minimizing shrinkage in the assigned section;
- Greeting customers;
- Have the customer complaints regarding their in-store experience registered and resolved;
- Internet / Ecommerce;
- Other duties as requested;
- Liaising with all stakeholders to resolve all customer complaints in the most efficient and effective manner;
- Ensuring high standards of tone and language in all written and verbal communications to customers and internal stakeholders;
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
Requirements:

- Email / live chat customer support experience;
- Proficient Excel and Google sheets skills;

- High Proficiency in English (both spoken and written);
- Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment;
- comfortable to work at gurgaon location;
- Industry;
- Prior contact with Zendesk, Intercom or any other relevant software;
- Internet / Ecommerce;
- Must be a Graduate;
- Former experience in a tech start – up.
