Our company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending the customers and making the sales;
  • Attend staff meetings regularly;
  • Help and offer customers with baskets and trolleys;
  • Follow up with the customers at the time of any promotions;
  • Achieve sales target of the section;
  • Ensure sales closure of the walk-in customers;
  • Escalate not resolved queries to Store Managers, requiring urgent attention;
  • Minimizing shrinkage in the assigned section;
  • Greeting customers;
  • Have the customer complaints regarding their in-store experience registered and resolved;
  • Internet / Ecommerce;
  • Other duties as requested;
  • Liaising with all stakeholders to resolve all customer complaints in the most efficient and effective manner;
  • Ensuring high standards of tone and language in all written and verbal communications to customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Record customer information within our customer service database.

Requirements:

  • good Communication Skills Required;
  • Customer happiness: Going beyond your scope of work to create a world class Customer Service Experience;
  • Email / live chat customer support experience;
  • Proficient Excel and Google sheets skills;
  • To-do attitude and problem-solving state of mind;
  • High Proficiency in English (both spoken and written);
  • Should be comfortable in multi-tasking in a high-energy environment;
  • comfortable to work at gurgaon location;
  • Industry;
  • Prior contact with Zendesk, Intercom or any other relevant software;
  • Internet / Ecommerce;
  • Must be a Graduate;
  • Former experience in a tech start – up.
