Responsibilities:
- Provide quality support to clients;
- A range of administrative related tasks;
- Keep Data Updated & prepare reports when required;
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles;
- Answering support queries via phone and email.
Requirements:
- Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience;
- Word Processing/Spreadsheet Applications (Microsoft Office, etc);
- Web-based content management Systems;
- Should have basic computer and internet knowledge;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- B.Com Graduate with basic accounting knowledge and good typing speed;
- Fluency in English and Hindi is must;
- Social Media Applications (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
