Our company is looking for a Customer Support to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality support to clients;
  • A range of administrative related tasks;
  • Keep Data Updated & prepare reports when required;
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles;
  • Answering support queries via phone and email.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience;
  • Word Processing/Spreadsheet Applications (Microsoft Office, etc);
  • Web-based content management Systems;
  • Should have basic computer and internet knowledge;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • B.Com Graduate with basic accounting knowledge and good typing speed;
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is must;
  • Social Media Applications (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
