Our company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for Engineering and Non-Engineering requirements including interview, feedback and offer process;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals;
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to provide high quality candidates for open positions;
- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
- Design/ Development of interview/ talent assessment processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
- Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying talent in both Engineering & Non-Engineering domain;
- 5+ years Technical sourcing and recruiting experience preferably working for a start up company;
- Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple channels;
- Social media recruitment experience is a plus.
