Our company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for Engineering and Non-Engineering requirements including interview, feedback and offer process;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals;
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to provide high quality candidates for open positions;
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
  • Design/ Development of interview/ talent assessment processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
  • Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying talent in both Engineering & Non-Engineering domain;
  • 5+ years Technical sourcing and recruiting experience preferably working for a start up company;
  • Experience in sourcing for candidates through multiple channels;
  • Social media recruitment experience is a plus.
