Our company is looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Lever applicant tracking system and all candidate work flows, with the ability to produce activity & candidate tracking reports as needed;
  • Carry out all other related tasks;
  • Use available tools and methods available to find the best candidates;
  • Build long term talent pipelines in for key roles and provide superior talent in a highly competitive market;
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and peers across the Pune studio;
  • Actively source passive candidates through varied media channels and networks;
  • Well versed in handling Job Portals like Naukri, Linkedin etc;
  • Provide timely follow-up’s with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience;
  • Support and advise hiring managers in the recruitment and selection process;
  • Identify requirements of ideal profiles from hiring managers;
  • Encourage employee referrals to network and build a pipeline of talent;
  • Develop an awareness of local competitors, industry trends, game studio opens/closures;
  • Ensure all validated jobs are posted on the studio website and other external sites;
  • Constantly source and build relationships with potential candidates to maintain a strong pipeline for future vacancies;
  • Work with internal partners to develop and present job offers and negotiate details; preparing candidates for onboarding post acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Agency Recruiter, Recruiter or just a flair for making a career in Recruitment;
  • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility and confidence with a preference for autonomy;
  • Previous experience working in a start-up or within a staffing agency strongly preferred;
  • Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing);
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities;
  • Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews;
  • Experience in building and executing an Employer Branding strategy throughout multiple disciplines;
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Experience in working with retained / contingent search firms as needed and negotiating fees and contracts related to those services;
  • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels;
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
