Our company is looking for a Yacht Club Concierge to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and attends to guests’ requests in a professional and timely manner;
- Provides training to the Yacht Club Guest Service Agents and leads by example;
- Manages a variety of financial transactions: cash deposit in guest’s account, credit card transactions and he/she is responsible of a cash float;
- Provides information and general assistance to guests;
- Handles guests’ complaints immediately;
- Performs all necessary administrative tasks;
- Welcomes guests with a warm and friendly disposition, making them feel at ease.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer care skills;
- Impeccable grooming;
- Problem solving and stress tolerance skills;
- Teamwork in a multicultural environment;
- Excellent organisation and managerial skills;
- valid passport;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Publisher;
- Knowledge of Fidelio System;
- High School certificate;
- Extensive experience as Concierge/Front Desk Supervisor in luxury resorts and/or cruise ships.
