Our company is looking for a Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our clients to deliver value through the delivery of high quality software within an agile development lifecycle;
- Required to plan leaves in advance as per GSO policies and keep a tab on unplanned leaves for self and the team;
- Co-ordinate audit and ORC requests and ensure that it is completed on time;
- Provide necessary training (process + product related) to the team members;
- Provide AM / AM Leads timely feedback on staff performance by producing timeliness and errors details;
- To maintain queue levels to agreed SLA targets levels;
- Documentation : This involves training documentation, report writing and presentations for review meetings;
- Engaged in handling calls and Email Chats of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External);
- Resolve customer queries and achieve customer delight;
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports;
- Training Design: This involves creating a training design and session plan for students as well as trainers;
- Training of Trainers : This involves conducting Train the Trainers workshops across programs for the respective Life Skills modules;
- When dealing with customers aspire to deliver an excellent customer experience via. Chats, back office or on calls;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Provide World Class Customer Service.
Requirements:
- Desirable experience with UI Frameworks (ReactJS, Angular);
- Experience with Service Orientated Architecture or Microservices;
- Web Services experience e.g. REST / SOAP;
- 4 – 7 years of experience in the IT industry with hands-on development in Java Programming, XML and Oracle SQL/PLSQL writing skills;
- Experience within Jenkins or other CI system;
- Experience with distributed version control tool (Git, Github, BitBucket);
- Experience developing on OpenShift Container Platform or Public Cloud;
- Educated to degree level in Computer / Data Science or equivalent qualification or work experience;
- Experience within Spring Frameworks and Spring Boot;
- Experience of delivering within an agile delivery framework;
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) including testing frameworks (Junit, Cucumber, Selenium);
- Documentation : This involves training documentation, report writing and presentations for review meetings;
- Training of Trainers : This involves conducting Train the Trainers workshops across programs for the respective Life Skills modules;
- Training Design: This involves creating a training design and session plan for students as well as trainers.
