Our company is looking for a Business Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation from different sources like web, calling, events, references;
  • Resolve all project-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Pitch the unique features of the project to the potential customers;
  • Inbound and Outbound calls;
  • Explain the project to customers;
  • Maintaining data in Excel and efficiently organising files on the computer;
  • Preparing and managing files and documents at the office, according to policy requirements;
  • Back Office Role: (70% Role);
  • Ensuring smooth conduct of meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate with minimum 80% marks in any one of the;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • 6 Months to 1 year voice process experience;
  • Good communication and sales capability;
  • Should be keen on learning and proactive to take responsibilities;
  • Good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal);
  • Knowledge in MS-Office tools (Utility tools);
  • Graduation preferably B.Com / BBA.
