Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans;
  • Must be able to work the business hours appropriate for assigned territory;
  • Qualified leads by proactively contacting potential customers;
  • Sales operations: ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Present our company to potential clients;
  • Brand ambassador: become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values;
  • Develop/Identify new and relevant customer base;
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results;
  • Identifying new target audience through market research;
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails;

  • Provide daily and monthly reports (both written and verbal) to the Manager;
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives;
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients;
  • To carry out promotional campaigns, and other publicity.

  • Banking / Financial Services / Broking;
  • Exceptional time management skills displaying the ability to manage multiple tasks with strict attention to detail;
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) skills;
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls);
  • Positive track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals;
  • Experience in Sales/Business Development/Offline Marketing;
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts);
  • Candidates with Laptops are preferred;
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients and colleagues which are based on mutual respect and integrity;
  • Likes to build relationships with customers & networking;
  • Position requires a reliable automobile, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage;
  • Fluent in local languages (English & Kannada).
