Our company is looking for a Front Office Admin to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Automobile / Auto Anciliary / Auto Components;
  • Industry;
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.);
  • Monitor office expenses and costs;
  • Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them;
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.);
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc;
  • Keep updated records and files;
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages;
  • Answer questions and address complaints;
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
  • Greet and welcome guests;
  • Check, sort and forward emails.

Requirements:

  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.);
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
  • Strong communication and people skills;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping;
  • Customer service orientation;
  • English Proficiency (Oral and Written).
