Front Office Admin Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Front Office Admin to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Automobile / Auto Anciliary / Auto Components;
- Industry;
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.);
- Monitor office expenses and costs;
- Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them;
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.);
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc;
- Keep updated records and files;
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages;
- Answer questions and address complaints;
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
- Greet and welcome guests;
- Check, sort and forward emails.
Requirements:
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.);
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
- Strong communication and people skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping;
- Customer service orientation;
- English Proficiency (Oral and Written).
