Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization.

Our company is looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing;
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings;
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
  • Announcing clients as necessary;
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls;
  • Send or distribute voicemail messages or make calls when appropriate employees are unavailable;
  • Support administrative and special project requirements as assigned;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions;
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation;
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material e.g. pens, forms and brochures;
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.

Requirements:

  • Polish professional with outgoing attitude, be a team player and love to be made;
  • Show excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate successfully with the public, other employees and vendors;
  • Detailed job diligence, dedication and detail attention. • Committed to overtime work on the occasion;
  • General Office PC Application (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint) and;
  • The familiar and operating system of general office machines (ie fax, copier, printer, etc.) required;
  • Working in a fast-focused environment, while relieving and experiencing experiences with different levels of staffing and management;
  • Convenient to learn new applications as needed;
  • Has demonstrated excellent organizational, coordination and individual interface skills.
