Our company is looking for a Software Asset Expert to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to advise on optimal software usage;
- Communicate regularly with software consumers in Philips IT;
- Maintain accurate view of software license risk for reporting to Corporate Control;
- Ensure compliance status for multiple vendors is up to date in SAM tool for your portfolio;
- Maintain awareness of future ASP plans that affect software demand;
- Maintain up to date expertise with vendor licensing requirements, terms and options;
- Understanding of different SAM Tools in order to implement Vendor / Software Compliance;
- Evaluate software usage options for license optimization;
- Participate in software compliance audits to protect Philips reputation and bottom line.
Requirements:
- Understanding of Flexera is an added benefit;
- Can Do Attitude;
- Degree in Business Informatics or similar;
- Preferred ITIL Certified along with ITAM Certifications;
- Team player;
- Highly Analytical;
- 5-7 years of previous experience in Asset Management or as a Business Analyst for Software licenses.
