Senior Finance Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan and pursues effects of agreed measures;
- Evaluate and manage risks;
- Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improves the depending cost accounting system;
- Keeps abreast with changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards, and trains Accounting Operations staff respectively;
- Will maintain operational bank contacts and contributes in “Finance Controlling” activities;
- Streamline & standardize accounting functions and operations in line with Siemens & Enlighted Inc’s practices;
- Day to day Order to Cash tasks;
- Coordinate audit processes;
- Reviews and validates balance sheets, coding of invoices, proper account distribution, and other accounting activities;
- Follow up & Drive to closure on customer/internal discrepancies;
- Interaction with client ensuring on time & in full deliverables;
- Manage local SCM and accounting functions administratively.
Requirements:
- Must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement;
- University degree in accounting(Bcom) or with ACCA/CA/CA Inter;
- Developed financial management/accounting skills are essential;
- Good knowledge of GAPP, IAS, SAS and IFRS;
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to set priorities;
- Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence;
- Leadership Skills;
- Transfers and applies know-how to / in various contexts;
- Experience with finance related ERP/CRM tool is mandatory;
- Deep professional know-how and experience;
- Must have more than 4 Years Experience;
- Work experience with MS-Dynamics 365 / Great plains preferred SCM experience preferred;
- Improves existing processes and approaches;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
