Accounts & Finance Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Accounts & Finance Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Receivable reconciliation (Bank statement) and apportion to bookings;
- Reconciliation of invoices with supplier contracts;
- Ensure compliance and adherence to process;
- Submission of monthly data to Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS and other compliance related Return filing;
- Ensure maintenance of books of accounts with respect to sale, purchase, cash and bank;
- Processing of supplier invoices along with commissions, discounts and taxes where applicable;
- Coordinate and respond to client in a timely fashion;
- Proactively inform manager on challenges faced;
- Develop financial projections, growth plans, cash flows and business plans;
- payroll and utilities;
- Track key performance metrics and drive our go-to market strategy;
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process;
- accounts payable/receivable;
- general ledger;
- cash receipts.
