Our company is looking for a Senior Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research our original music catalog, both published and unpublished new songs, and become familiar with recordings for future use in exploitation;
  • Maintain information regarding commercial licensing deals (terms, stage, etc.) in licensing database;
  • Take high-level architecture and design models from architects and have the team implement them through detailed design and code;
  • Motivates, develops, recruits and retains employees while rewarding and cultivating a culture of high performing teams;
  • Work closely with JioSaavn’s Brands Solutions team to fulfil brand proposals;
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges;
  • Oversee and track the conclusion of license deals with Licensing, Finance, Legal, and Publishing teams;
  • Work with the publishing team to keep licensing related spreadsheets (deals, rights, inventory/finance) up to date;
  • Help the team design, develop, troubleshoot and implement rich internet application software for Boardvantage product;
  • Attend industry events such as conferences, panels, showcase and mixers to stay current and aware of upcoming sync opportunities;
  • Actively pitch and market AO’s master and publishing catalog to the Film, TV, Advertising community to effectively procure and increase sync revenue;
  • Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns to maximize potential of sync deals by way of email blasts, samplers, artist showcases, etc.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the internal controls, Auditing, Process improvement and reporting processes;
  • Ability to work and manage multiple stakeholders;
  • Time Management and organizational skills, including ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to produce clear documents including appropriate layout and attention to detail;
  • Exp Range: Should have overall relevant work experience of minimum 7-10 years;

  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Familiar with musical trends and the global music landscape;
  • Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently;
  • Must have extensive relationships in music sync community across agencies, music houses and music supervisors;
  • Knowledge of global music industry revenue streams;
  • Provable track record in closing music syncs for artists with brands, agencies, and film television studios;
