Our company is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Financial operations: Oversee daily financial operations by optimizing driver, client and vendor payments and collections;
- Partner with other Finance functions and collaborate with them from time to time to ensure alignment;
- Preparation of timely financial data analysis of the company/market/industry;
- Forecasting cash-flow, estimating fund requirements, initiating actions to ensure the sound fund position;
- Lead the team which manage the close process. Preparation, documentation for journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations;
- Co ordinate with the auditors for timely completion of statutory audit;
- Review and approve journals, reconciliations and controls performed by team members;
- For all Internal audit assignments, provide all the required support/information;
- Prepare projected financial statements based on the historical and forecasted business operations and performance of the company;
- Support APAC Finance Team, in Finance projects and initiatives implementation;
- Statutory compliance: Filing statutory tax reports and oversee local audit as needed;
- Monitor compliance with Corporate Accounting instructions and applicable financials policies;
- Financial Accounting: Ensure daily, weekly, monthly reporting standards are met and delivered on time;
- Establish policies & procedures for budget and forecasting;
- To manage Finance & Accounts for the scope of India and Korea as a region.
Requirements:
- Candidate with good communication skills;
- Candidate with good analytical skills;
- Looking for candidate from good company , MNC preferred;
- Should have knowledge about accounting standards;
- Chartered accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience;
- To possess the ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines by fostering a strong sense of pro activity and result orientation;
