Our company is looking for a Sales Head to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion;
  • Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking;
  • Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets;
  • Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital;
  • Travel if required;
  • Demonstrate initiative and drive;
  • Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts;
  • Develop new business relationships with top brands and corporate;
  • Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company’s plans;
  • Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales;
  • Write compelling business proposals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS-Office esp MS Excel; exposure to Sales ERP;
  • Leadership skills; Experience and ability to build relationships, influence people; good negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated experience of being a team player;
  • Good command over the English Language;
  • Graduate in any stream;
  • Post-graduate in Analytical Chemistry/LifeSciences/Pharma;
  • 18-20 years of experience in a B2B sales role in Lifesciences or related industry;
  • Management Qualification Preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills, strong written and oral presentation skills;
  • Analytical Thinking.
