Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion;
- Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking;
- Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets;
- Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital;
- Travel if required;
- Demonstrate initiative and drive;
- Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts;
- Develop new business relationships with top brands and corporate;
- Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company’s plans;
- Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales;
- Write compelling business proposals.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS-Office esp MS Excel; exposure to Sales ERP;
- Leadership skills; Experience and ability to build relationships, influence people; good negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated experience of being a team player;
- Good command over the English Language;
- Graduate in any stream;
- Post-graduate in Analytical Chemistry/LifeSciences/Pharma;
- 18-20 years of experience in a B2B sales role in Lifesciences or related industry;
- Management Qualification Preferred;
- Excellent communication skills, strong written and oral presentation skills;
- Analytical Thinking.
