Our company is looking for a Regional Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth;
  • Collaborating with Sales executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region;
  • Evaluate different sales area and individual performance;
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings;
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvement;
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits;
  • Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction;
  • Create regional sales plans with business objectives;
  • Participate in decisions for expansion.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience and knowledge of conditions of rural Andhra Pradesh;
  • Previous experience with and clear understanding of results-based approach to project implementation, monitoring and reporting;
  • Preferably a PG in rural development, agribusiness or a related field;
  • Past experience with Fair Trade and Organic Certification policies;
  • Fluency in English and Telugu (for Adilabad Regional Manager) or Marathi (for Amravati Regional Manager);
  • Proven capacity to effectively manage and mentor staff with various levels of skills and experience;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in cooperative development and/or working with and organizing producer associations;
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators;
  • Excellent Communication skills;
  • 3+ years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or senior sales role;
  • Ability to leads and motivate high performance sales team;
  • Availability to travel as needed;
  • Strong organizational skills with problem solving attitude.
