Requirements:
- Previous work experience and knowledge of conditions of rural Andhra Pradesh;
- Previous experience with and clear understanding of results-based approach to project implementation, monitoring and reporting;
- Preferably a PG in rural development, agribusiness or a related field;
- Past experience with Fair Trade and Organic Certification policies;
- Fluency in English and Telugu (for Adilabad Regional Manager) or Marathi (for Amravati Regional Manager);
- Proven capacity to effectively manage and mentor staff with various levels of skills and experience;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in cooperative development and/or working with and organizing producer associations;
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators;
- Excellent Communication skills;
- 3+ years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or senior sales role;
- Ability to leads and motivate high performance sales team;
- Availability to travel as needed;
- Strong organizational skills with problem solving attitude.
