Our company is looking for a Manager – Data Processing to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for disseminating and implementing changes to the policy and procedures;
- Provide detailed feedback to KYC analysts;
- Act as a buddy and assist more junior members of the team;
- Identify, recommend and implement process efficiencies;
- Conduct a review of customer file to check for accuracy, completeness, and ensuring all supporting documentation is uploaded;
- Able to identify red flags and judge the need for issue;
- Able to meet volume and quality check targets to meet service level agreements without compromising on quality;
- Identify training gaps and needs;
- Maintain a record of and report progress as the need arises;
- Liaising with the Middle Office Line of Business for any exceptions and exemptions;
- Train KYC analysts on policy, procedures and documentation requirements;
- Assess client legal hierarchy and the ‘Know Your Client’ (KYC) documentation required as per policy;
- Primary contact for expertise on policy and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent understanding of AML/KYC terminology;
- Strong focus on quality along with an ability to read, understand and enforce to procedures;
- Good experience in MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook etc;
- Working knowledge of MS Excel;
- Experience in sanction screening, Know Your Customer (KYC), document verification (IDs, bank details, company registries);
- Similar Experience or comparable role;
- Experience in AML and KYC in the transaction monitoring and Sanctions screening space;
- Problem Solving and Decision Making;
- Knowledge of KYC, USA PATRIOT Act, Bank Secrecy Act and/or AML regulations;
- Strong knowledge of AML/ CTF and Sanctions acquired working in a similar role within the Capital Markets Industry;
- Ability to share feedback in a positive manner Must be flexible to any shift;
- AML investigatory experience and analytical skills;
- Outstanding analytical and investigative skills combined with the ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment;
