Process Associate – Data Processing Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Process Associate – Data Processing to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the resolution of similar customer names for obligors and additional parties in the underwriting process;
- Receive applications and enter into the system of record for the underwriting teams to process;
- Resolve multiple bureau similar for the underwriting teams;
- Responsible to meet SLAs;
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines;
- Interpret evidence from multiple tools and systems to determine legitimacy of customer behavior across multiple products;
- The comprehensive investigation of potential suspicious money laundering activity and terrorist financing;
- Collaborate with multiple functional areas to investigate cases and acquire information;
- Reviewing Transactions monitoring alerts and performing sanctions screening for customers and related parties in AML/KYC space;
- Assist with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement;
- Conducting Sanctions screening and document verification.
Requirements:
- MBA.
