Our company is looking for a Country Manager India to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You build and grow your team;
- You manage the P&L of the region, including steering the development of revenue;
- Build the annual operating plan and resourcing plan to scale the business;
- You meet on a regular basis with key account holders in agencies to identify revenue streams and potential future business opportunities;
- You acquire, manage and grow our agency/trading desk and direct brand client portfolio;
- Be the face of Near at industry events, talk shows and our own events;
- Market map the opportunity across key customer categories for various products – Publishers, O2O, Retail and Platforms;
- Drive the adoption of Allspark, CARBON and Compass licenses across customer categories;
- You provide market intelligence and understanding industry and market trends;
- You support event and trade fair preparations and participate in selected events to represent zeotap at industry events locally and abroad;
- You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time;
- Work closely with the Executive Team to strike strategic partnerships in the market;
- Deliver on long term revenue and profitability goals from the region;
- Bring a fresh perspective to Near’s GTM strategy in India;
- You adhere to zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- You are a big fan of high-speed execution and understand that getting your hands dirty is the absolute minimum;
- Strong commitment to beating sales targets, a positive attitude and incredible work ethic;
- You are able to very quickly adapt to changing circumstances;
- Very hands-on, you love “getting your hands dirty“
- Location: Bangalore, India;
- Data, mobile advertising and/or platform sales experience is a big plus;
- You love data and believe in the positive impact it can have across industries for Social Betterment;
- Industry Type: Big Data/SaaS/Digital Media;
- Exposure and given relations to relevant people in the media agency industry in India;
- You have an outstanding “sales nature” with very strong communication & presentation skills;
- International travel required;
- Strong communication Skills;
- Experience: 10+ Years (5+ years at mobile/consumer internet companies);
- Based on extreme ambition and drive, it is a no-brainer for you to act pro-actively and independently.
