Junior Analyst – Software Management Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Junior Analyst – Software Management to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Repackaging using AdminStudio;
- Follow good ITIL practices to resolve incidents, problems and implement changes;
- Communicate on time and follow recommended escalation channels;
- Requirement gathering for Re-Packaging;
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve reported issues/problems;
- UAT of application with users;
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution;
- Local installation of applications.
Requirements:
- Knowledge on Windows fundamentals;
- Knowledge on basic scripting tools (VB, Powershell, Visual Basic, C#);
- Knowledge on Testing;
- AdminStudio (Optional: Not applicable for fresher if 1 year experienced then first preference to those candidates);
- Quality/Process oriented thought process;
- Knowledge of Windows Client OS (Win7, 8 & 10);
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify application and OS issues.
