Our company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to manage and collaborate with cross functional teams in remote environments;
  • Independent self-motivated ability to learn on the job;
  • Design solutions and processes using products and technologies like Salesforce-service cloud and Salesforce-Lightening;
  • Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases;
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives;
  • Actively participate and work with business teams to understand, interpret business requirements into implementable functions;
  • The candidate may also direct efforts with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate end to end process delivery;
  • Develop code based on technical specifications to extract and process large volumes of customer and account data;
  • The candidate will need to validate, audit and test the output produced from their documents to ensure that the programs meets the original request;
  • Responsible for the development and execution of code to define customer populations to be targeted in complex marketing campaigns;
  • Adhere to process adherence requirements and checkpoints for campaign execution;
  • Provide support on Adhoc requests and special projects as assigned;
  • Responsible for design of functional specification document used for execution of the campaigns.
