Our company is looking for a Senior Manager – IT SOX to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Able to support sales efforts through creation of collaterals and client interactions;
- Play a key role in leading small team in assignments;
- Ability to independently execute IT SOX and IT – audit assignments;
- Ability to design and assess IT related processes and controls and drive improvements;
- Play a key role in the development of less experienced staff through mentoring, training and advising;
- Maintain strong client focus by building positive relationships with clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings;
- Resolve audit procedures necessary to achieve the desired audit results. Draft original audit programs appropriate for audit assignment.
Requirements:
- Effective social skills with all levels of the business, both internal and external;
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel / SQL in audit techniques domain will be an added advantage;
- Experience in Internal audits / IT Audit / Technology Risk in Banking / Financial services preferred;
- Innovative and always looking for continuous improvement in order to develop succession plan for staff;
- Travel in India and Overseas at a short notice;
- Testing ITGC and Automated Business Process Controls and have done SOX audits in their previous organizations;
- Experience in service delivery, team handling, work with all levels of staff and supervision of team members;
- Excellent project management abilities, solid understanding of IT risks and controls and validated decision-making and analytical skills;
- Good understanding of technical platforms and risk management practices;
- Meaningful experience in large accountancy, consultancy;
- Mba / ca / be / cwa;
- Candidates with CISA / CIA / CISSP / CFE preferred.
