Our company is looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Induction formalities;
  • Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with applicable labour laws and company regulations;
  • Recommend and implement strategic directions for people development within the company;
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition;
  • Implement the Performance Management Process for the employees;
  • Execute any other assigned duties as per business requirement;
  • Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Ability to exercise judgement within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated;
  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English;
