Our company is looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares personnel forecast to project employment needs;
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally;
  • Initiates and develops new programs in accordance with overall company objectives and philosophy;
  • Write and delivers presentations to senior management regarding resources policies and practices;
  • Match the most suitable candidates to different positions;
  • Studies legislation and arbitration decisions to assess industry trends;
  • Following up on the interview process status;
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits;
  • Serves as an employee advocate and advisor to management on personnel policy and program matters, making appropriate recommendations to management;
  • Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice;
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization;
  • Responsibilities above may be achieved directly or through sub-ordinates;
  • Source candidates from various online channel (e.g. job advertising, posting, social media );
  • Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety and sexual harassment;
  • Representing Organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • Confident and pleasant personality;
  • Experience in sourcing and recruiting techniques;
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedure;
  • No skills preferred;
  • Excellent command over English Language (written and Spoken);
  • Ability to work with targets;
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution;
  • 2+ Years experience in IT company;
  • Spoken english comprehension.
