Our company is looking for a HR Executive to join our team.


  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment;
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits;
  • Discuss with candidate about job opening, Forward interested candidates resume to concern authority;
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations;
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
  • Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions etc.);
  • Attendance Management;
  • Handling Periodical Performance reviews & evaluations of various departments;
  • Coordinate and manage employee development activities like arranging training / visit to exhibition etc;
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process;
  • Initiate employee engagement activities;
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes;
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department;
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues;
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations).


  • Recruitment / Staffing;
  • Solid communication skills;
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field;
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
  • Self-starter should be able to hit the ground running;
  • Possess initiative, communication & interpersonal skill with high level of integrity;
  • High on accountability and ownership;
  • Minimum Graduate degree and Proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role;
  • Stable and long-term approach;
  • Strong listening and presentation skills;
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting;
