HR Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a HR Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment;
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits;
- Discuss with candidate about job opening, Forward interested candidates resume to concern authority;
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations;
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions etc.);
- Attendance Management;
- Handling Periodical Performance reviews & evaluations of various departments;
- Coordinate and manage employee development activities like arranging training / visit to exhibition etc;
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process;
- Initiate employee engagement activities;
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes;
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department;
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues;
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations).
Requirements:
- Recruitment / Staffing;
- Solid communication skills;
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field;
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
- Self-starter should be able to hit the ground running;
- Possess initiative, communication & interpersonal skill with high level of integrity;
- High on accountability and ownership;
- Minimum Graduate degree and Proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role;
- Stable and long-term approach;
- Strong listening and presentation skills;
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting;
- End to End Recruitment On Boarding Coordination for Payroll Inputs Exit Formalities Co ordination with Stake holders;
- Statutory compliance;
- Full and final settlement;
- MBA.
