Our company is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales target;
  • Analyse customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating;
  • The role involves taking the lead calls and articulating services, engaging with clients, managing client requests;
  • Engage the patients and resolve conflicts in case of any unseen delay and contingencies;
  • Relationship with Doctors and Hospital Staff;
  • Cross selling & Customer Re-engagement;
  • Plan and make sure client feedback and requirements are catered to by the team smoothly;
  • Customer care and ensuring service Delivery;
  • Operate as a coordinator for customers, from on-boarding through the entire customer life cycle;
  • Run and maintain customer retention campaigns; Follow-up and engage with customers regularly;
  • Handle and Manage customer/client queries and escalations;
  • Show around the Rehabilitation facility and explain about our services;
  • Work per customer/client care budget and maintain monthly quota as established.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication skills, especially writing skills;
  • Proactive attitude, passion for customer satisfaction and ability to build rapport with clients;
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple clients simultaneously;
  • Automotive Engineering;
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and some CRM software;
  • Analytical skills;
  • 0-2 years of Client/Customer Relationship/Account Management experience;
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills.
