Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals;
  • Has proven track record of over achieving revenue targets;
  • Highly motivated and has the ability and desire to grow in the company;
  • Should have experience in selling to International customers (US preferred);
  • Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams;
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
  • Tracking & reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics;
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory;
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects;
  • Cloud based/SAAS solution selling with technical knowledge of the same, would be great advantage;
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong sense of teamwork, can-do attitude and roll-up your sleeves to get the job done;
  • Good understand of technology products/latest technologies;
  • Adhere to set sales processes;
  • He/she must have good analytical and technical skills;
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Relevant degree with a major or concentration in Professional Sales, Business, Communication or related field;
  • At least 5 years of overall experience with majority of it in international telesales, preferably with mid/ large size companies;
  • Should have good time management skills and knowledge of sales methodologies, strategies etc;
  • Familiarity with CRM accountability;
  • Should have worked as per US Time Zone (Night Shifts);
  • Must have complete knowledge about internet;
  • Thoroughly trained in Voice and Accent based international sales processes;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
