Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails;
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals;
- Has proven track record of over achieving revenue targets;
- Highly motivated and has the ability and desire to grow in the company;
- Should have experience in selling to International customers (US preferred);
- Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams;
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
- Tracking & reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics;
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory;
- Perform effective online demos to prospects;
- Cloud based/SAAS solution selling with technical knowledge of the same, would be great advantage;
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong sense of teamwork, can-do attitude and roll-up your sleeves to get the job done;
- Good understand of technology products/latest technologies;
- Adhere to set sales processes;
- He/she must have good analytical and technical skills;
- 1-3 years of relevant experience;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Relevant degree with a major or concentration in Professional Sales, Business, Communication or related field;
- At least 5 years of overall experience with majority of it in international telesales, preferably with mid/ large size companies;
- Should have good time management skills and knowledge of sales methodologies, strategies etc;
- Familiarity with CRM accountability;
- Should have worked as per US Time Zone (Night Shifts);
- Must have complete knowledge about internet;
- Thoroughly trained in Voice and Accent based international sales processes;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
