Our company is looking for a Inside Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handover – Connect employer with the Aasaanjobs Servicing Team and ensure knowledge transfer;
  • Quarterly revenue generated;
  • Database Development;
  • Lead Conversion & New employer activation onto portal;
  • Approval and Rejection of jobs on the portal;
  • Role is a mix of inside sales across number of clients as well as client facing business development across certain opportunity clients;
  • Relationship Management – Handhold the employer and oversee a seamless recruitment transaction;
  • Ability to act as an advisor on brand solutions in a strategic way and also drive sales;
  • Follow Up – Rigorous follow up on prospects clients over calls and emails and onboard them;
  • End to end management of hunting, pitching, solutioning and execution for large number of SMB/Long tail clients;
  • Revenue Targets – Share and keep track of invoices getting cleared to accomplish revenue targets and achieve bonus pay;
  • Responsible for driving sales & adoption of Hotstar across long tail. Success will be measure on value and number of advertisers on platform.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skill , written English very important;
  • English comprehension;
  • Sales Situation Handling – Basic.
