Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team.


  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets;
  • Liaising effectively with all departments within the organization to ensure customer requirements are met;
  • Processing leads in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals;
  • Negotiating commercial terms within set guidelines;
  • Proactively following up leads generated by liaising with Sales managers;
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email;
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services;
  • Work closely with marketing team to help them with insights to create promotions & campaigns;
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates;
  • Candidate will be responsible for cold calling and fixing appointments with clients;
  • Working on the leads provided by company;
  • Researching and qualifying new leads;
  • Managing the inflow of leads with an emphasis on high quality leads;
  • Managing the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.


  • BE/B Tech or equivalent degree;
  • Prior work experience with a startup is a plus;
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast- paced entrepreneurial environment;
  • Certification not mandatory;
  • Social Media & Search savvy;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science related discipline;
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales / Account Management / Client Relationship.
