Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets;
- Liaising effectively with all departments within the organization to ensure customer requirements are met;
- Processing leads in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals;
- Negotiating commercial terms within set guidelines;
- Proactively following up leads generated by liaising with Sales managers;
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email;
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services;
- Work closely with marketing team to help them with insights to create promotions & campaigns;
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates;
- Candidate will be responsible for cold calling and fixing appointments with clients;
- Working on the leads provided by company;
- Researching and qualifying new leads;
- Managing the inflow of leads with an emphasis on high quality leads;
- Managing the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
Requirements:
- BE/B Tech or equivalent degree;
- Prior work experience with a startup is a plus;
- Ability to work in self-directed, fast- paced entrepreneurial environment;
- Certification not mandatory;
- Social Media & Search savvy;
- Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science related discipline;
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales / Account Management / Client Relationship.
