Our company is looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Giving proper information to the customer;
  • Politeness,Patience,Hardworking and Good Attitude;
  • Explaining the process of services;
  • Daily submission of reports;
  • And updating details at webportal;
  • Maintaining records of all conversations in our database;
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner;
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales;
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales;
  • Enter and update customer information in the database;
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed;
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts;
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information;
  • Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation;
  • Answer questions about products or the company.

Requirements:

  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems;
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
  • Industry;
  • Generate leads and handle prospecting (i.e., Cold Calling/Outreach, Emails, WhatsApp, Social Media Networking, Events, etc.);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;
  • Basic Computer Knowledge (Internet, Social Networking Sites/Facebook/twitter/linkedin/Whatsapp, MS Word, MS Excel);
  • Regular follow up until maturity, consistent in performance and achieving targets;
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
  • Good communication Skill English and Hindi;
  • Education / Teaching / Training.
