Our company is looking for a Telecaller to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product and service information to customers;
- Complete call logs and reports;
- Other duties as assigned;
- The Candidate Should Be Able to Take Up Client Calls and Respond to the Client Queries;
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors;
- Research required information using available resources;
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures;
- Escalating customer feedback as required;
- Business Development Activities lead generation through Email, calling and meeting and conducting online demos & generating business;
- Identifying decision makers and making customer profiles and presentation skills;
- Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Prospects, Making Proposals. Giving Online demos. Coordinating with Direct Sales team;
- Analyze Potential Markets;
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction;
- Any Graduate with Excellent communication and writing skills;
- A strong commitment to customer service.
Requirements:
- Candidate Should have Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
- 12th Pass & Above;
- Freshers and Passouts Can also;
- Telecaller;
- Convincing to clients and make them come to walk-in;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Basic Email writing and telephone etiquette;
- Strong communication power;
- Experienced Female candidates only;
- Candidate must have good communication & fluency in English and Local Languages;
- The person should have handled Computers/Internet;
- Languages : English, Hindi and Marathi.
