Support Analyst, Platform Ops Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Support Analyst, Platform Ops to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly across multiple departments on various projects;
- Create and review technical documentation;
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation during quarter-long projects;
- Analyze Survey Initiatives on the Platform;
- Investigate and resolve support issues in a professional and timely fashion;
- Monitor usage of the proprietary sampling platform;
- Provide top-notch internal support for all of Lucid’s departments.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of modern software tools and databases (SQL experience a plus);
- Strong communicator and flexible team player;
- 1+ Years Work experience preferred (SaaS support experience a plus);
- Extremely thorough and detail oriented in both communication and analysis;
- Bachelor’s degree. (Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline preferred);
- Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods;
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Familiarity with Internet protocols and API frameworks preferred;
- Easily able to grasp and retain new knowledge;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
