Our company is looking for a Support Analyst, Platform Ops to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate clearly across multiple departments on various projects;
  • Create and review technical documentation;
  • Maintain clear and consistent documentation during quarter-long projects;
  • Analyze Survey Initiatives on the Platform;
  • Investigate and resolve support issues in a professional and timely fashion;
  • Monitor usage of the proprietary sampling platform;
  • Provide top-notch internal support for all of Lucid’s departments.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of modern software tools and databases (SQL experience a plus);
  • Strong communicator and flexible team player;
  • 1+ Years Work experience preferred (SaaS support experience a plus);
  • Extremely thorough and detail oriented in both communication and analysis;
  • Bachelor’s degree. (Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline preferred);
  • Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Familiarity with Internet protocols and API frameworks preferred;
  • Easily able to grasp and retain new knowledge;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
