To identify the customers’ needs and desires by liaising with internal teams and customer interaction to obtain market information;
To manage product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
To plan, monitor and ensure that the targeted P&L and revenue is achieved;
To partner with VP engineering for product execution and periodic reviews;
To assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products;
To obtain product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies;
To partner with the Marketing and Sales team for Product Marketing;
To enhance the on the job performance of the product management team by providing periodic feedback and coaching on how to accomplish results.
