Our company is looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key levers to grow along each vector;
  • Influence Cross-functionally across various stakeholders to bring new products to market;
  • Ensure output meets quality standards;
  • Highly customer centric manager who has the ability to look into details, and is ready to go the extra mile for customer delight;
  • Briefing the field force & facilitate their understanding of Products Strategy in Cycle meetings;
  • Preparing business case for new products, features and tools;
  • Monitor closely the sales as well as market data/ information;
  • Run prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints, and business drivers;
  • To conduct market research & analysis of Competitor Brands & their Strategy vs Own Brands;
  • Preparing technical presentation, application notes, product videos and play cards;
  • Identification of right brands, product mix & potential opportunities;
  • Maintain projected brand expenses vs actual brand expenses, effective & optimum utilization of brand expenses (allocated);
  • Plan and coordinate movement of items between Mirraw Warehouse, Designers our Tailors;
  • Collect feedback from sales team, the doctors & other sources;
  • Ensure items are processed on time and in line with customer needs to ensure a compelling customer experience is achieved.

Requirements:

  • Very strong analytical / numerical skills and experience with metric-based decision making (incl. web analytics like google analytics/Amplitude);
  • MBA from Tier 1 college is a plus;
  • Previous experience from the ad tech industry, specifically a DMP, is a large plus;
  • 4-5 years relevant experience in production of still and video shoots;
  • Recruitment / Staffing;
  • 2+ years of hands-on product management experience in an agile environment;
  • Extraordinary data analysis skills;
  • Evaluates and provides performance evaluation feedback to management;
  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience, including a minimum of 3+ years of product development;
  • Previous work experience in handling Masters / Karigars;
  • Solid understanding of design/ UX principles;
  • Must be computer literate and have experience with Windows operating system, Word and Excel;
  • Ability to closely interact with data vendors in the ad tech space such as DMP’s, ad networks, DSP’s and SSP’s;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience;
  • Define requirements, coordinate and lead the successful execution of card payment platform products within the Global Core Payments organization.
