Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
  • To increase customer base in and around Nashik region for our flagship software;
  • Take customer calls and convert retail, institutional sales and possible partnership opportunities;
  • Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets;
  • Communicate effectively with sales managers and clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships;
  • Lead generation;
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor;
  • Regularly updating records with details of client inquiries, action taken, transaction details, order codes, comments and complaints;
  • Responsible for collecting the Post disbursement documents;
  • Build good working relationships;
  • Shall be responsible for Sales and Marketing of Uniforms in the Indian market;
  • Ensure all documents are checked in Originals, including KYC. Sign OSV on checking the originals only;
  • Regularly following-up with clients via calls, WhatsApp and Emails so as to ensure efficient action on every lead;
  • Need to handle Business to Business (B2C) type of sales.
