Responsibilities:
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
- To increase customer base in and around Nashik region for our flagship software;
- Take customer calls and convert retail, institutional sales and possible partnership opportunities;
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets;
- Communicate effectively with sales managers and clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships;
- Lead generation;
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor;
- Regularly updating records with details of client inquiries, action taken, transaction details, order codes, comments and complaints;
- Responsible for collecting the Post disbursement documents;
- Build good working relationships;
- Shall be responsible for Sales and Marketing of Uniforms in the Indian market;
- Ensure all documents are checked in Originals, including KYC. Sign OSV on checking the originals only;
- Regularly following-up with clients via calls, WhatsApp and Emails so as to ensure efficient action on every lead;
- Need to handle Business to Business (B2C) type of sales.
