Our company is looking for a marketing executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • organising events and product exhibitions;
  • Identifying and closing new sales opportunities in domestic markets(India);
  • Identifying key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline;
  • Ensuring adherence to clients’ specifications;
  • Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product, service, idea or event;
  • Proficient internet research skills for customer information;
  • Ensuring the Service Level Adherence & delivery of quality work (In line with the assigned KRA’s);
  • Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met;
  • Researches and finds new leads/prospects by way of cold calling, networking and other lead generating methods;
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
  • Analyse market for clients & competitors;
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills;
  • Create shareable content which is appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content;
  • Ensures that original contracts, Certificates of Status, registration forms and initial invoices are collected once client has signed agreement;
  • To write and distributing press releases.

Requirements:

  • Define and manage how the design team interfaces with other functions such as product management, engineering and marketing;
  • Language : English, Hindi, Tamil(Optionl);
  • Experience in a similar marketing role;
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to interact effectively, create solutions, influence others and work diplomatically with a wide range of individuals;
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English/Hindi/Marathi;
  • Demonstrates an understanding of commercial awareness, able to adapt to changing priorities with key judgement and decision making skills;
  • Industry: Heavy Machines, Steel making plants, Engineering & Construction (EPC) & similar industries(additional);
  • Demonstrated self-starter, with excellent attention to detail;
  • Leadership. Taking risks, driving change and building trust. Must be a leader to drive a brand forward across our business for maximum impact;
  • Proven experience of working to and understanding key marketing and eCommerce plans and strategies;
  • Lead Generation;
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and is a key team player with a “can do” attitude and thrives on a challenge;
  • Commercial awareness, for pricing and analyzing data;
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
