  • Ability to comfortably work with diverse global teams;
  • 8 years of experience in sales or client engagement or operations experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to synthesize results, draw conclusions, and convert them into business opportunities;
  • Experience in business operations, managing key events while monitoring important key performance indicators (KPIs) and meeting goals;
  • Experience in problem-solving, starting from defining to structure to delivery, and identifying business or tactical opportunities;
  • 3+ years people management experience;
  • English comprehension.
