Our company is looking for a BD Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc;
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople;
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
  • Prepare sales contract sensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Help in Architecting the right solution that perfectly fits the customer requirement;
  • Support US customers with overlap work timings;
  • Prepare and deliver Statement of Work detailing the technical and commercial proposal to the Customers;
  • Good technical understanding;
  • Should understand Lead Generation, Sales cycle, Bid Management / Pre-sales cycle, Project Execution, Support etc;
  • Should have very good experience in responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP;
  • Should have very good experience in preparing documents;
  • Knowledge in Customer Interaction Management;
  • Should have Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills;
  • Should have very good experience in preparing Statement of Work (SOW) Technical and Commercial Proposal;
  • Work closely with the Sales/Technical/Delivery teams while building the proposal;
  • Engaging with the Sales Team to bring the technical/domain expertise required in the sales cycle;
  • Drive and Manage large and complex bids with leading clients and prospects;
  • Bringing creative ideas and new value propositions while building the proposals;
  • Well versed in Estimation techniques and Commercial / Pricing models.
