Our company is looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team.

Designing, analyzing and documenting high impact technical solutions – 30%
Create and review technical documentation;
Provide top-notch customer support for Lucid Marketplace platform users;
Solid understanding of Azure Architecture to design a robust and secure environment within Azure Performance assessment and monitoring;
Training other employees on BI tools capabilities – 10%
Track and document project change plans;
Set up the source environment and set up azure migration tools or appliances for migration;
Coach clients on the adoption of key features to help them meet their goals;
Must have knowledge and experience with dealing with various components of VMWare;
Implementing Python/BI solutions to meet client needs – 50%
Run test migrations and full migrations from on premise infrastructure and servers to Azure;
Monitor usage of the proprietary sampling platform;
Set up the target environment for migration and replication policy;
Classify submitted bugs and issues by the severity of their impact;
Understand client requirements and translate those needs into actionable tickets.

Familiarity with Internet protocols and API frameworks preferred;
Easily able to grasp and retain new knowledge;
Thrives in a customer focused environment;
Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods;
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Bachelor’s degree. (Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline preferred);
Extremely thorough and detail oriented in both communication and analysis;
1+ Years Work experience preferred (SaaS support experience a plus);
Professional with 1.5-3+ years of experience in design, development and deployment of scalable software products and BI applications;
Strong communicator and flexible team player;
Basic understanding of modern software tools and databases (SQL experience a plus).
