Our company is looking for a SMTS-Systems Engineering to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and reviewing the Microservices strategy for the organization;
- Defining solution architecture from definition phase to go-live phase;
- Defining logical, technical, and physical views of Contact Center Solution Design using the latest tools to enhance the customer experience;
- Delivering solutions with organizational priorities (e.g., being data-driven, in-sourcing, cloud first approach);
- Defining reusable components/frameworks, common schemas, and standards to be used and tools to be used and help bootstrap the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Monitoring key metrics and system heath and quickly identifying and resolving problems;
- Leading the server side architecture development for failover and clustering solutions;
- Designing, evaluating and documenting clustering, load testing and performance testing solutions for applications;
- Defining requirements, design and set-up of new environments to demonstrate proof of concept;
- Working with digital operations to gather requirements and design, develop and implement projects.
