Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Responsibilities:

  • Calculating Labor hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios;
  • Must be proficient in proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, communication link between the development team & clients;
  • Work on the cold calling and email leads;
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration;
  • Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies and write and review QA and UAT test scripts;
  • Client Handling;
  • Execute quantitative analysis and make business recommendations back to management based on insights gained;
  • Suggest solutions and be an integral part of the Business teams to drive initiatives based on the solutions;
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team;
  • Must have knowledge about IT Technologies related with website development & designing etc;
  • Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications;
  • Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models;
  • Candidate should know to write proposals for projects;
  • Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance sign-off;
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • Ability to translate requirements to business domains;
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Production and review of high-level requirements specifications/functional analysis;
  • Interfacing with client’s Business and IT team, periodic to travel to customer location;

  • Responsible for the development of financial management data reflecting financial condition and operating results;
  • Conducts research and analyses of customer needs and requirements;
  • Understand management vision and critically apply strategic priorities to each request;
  • Directly interface with clients by responding to higher level Support calls;
  • Time management and planning skills;
  • General industry experience either as an employee or intern;
  • Review of test plans for new developments/releases/reports;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Review User Manuals (BA – Domain);
  • Evaluating business processes , anticipating requirements , uncovering areas for improvement , and developing and implementing solutions.
