Our company is looking for a Operations Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent recording of project related details such as expert skill sets, deadlines, cost of allocation etc as per company guidelines;
  • Managing phone calls, meetings (scheduling, confirmations, follow up etc) routine emails and correspondence with leads, clients and vendors;
  • Ensuring timely task completion;
  • Follow-ups and Follow-throughs with staff, leads, clients, vendors and other external agencies as informed;
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures;
  • Managing task scheduling, task follow-ups and calendaring for the management/founder;
  • Should be process oriented and would get to use our weapons of choice (ical, JIRA, Confluence, lucid chart, to do list etc ) for managing work;
  • Coordinating with other internal departments to achieve the ultimate objective of delivering quality services to the clients;
  • Administrative tasks and functions in all departments;
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company;
  • Contributing significantly for revenue of the organization through allocation of projects at optimum cost;
  • Responsible for managing the process of creation of goods and services;
  • Exhibiting excellent team participation skills through a collaborative approach and being ready to work in a dynamic work environment;
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale;
  • Contacting Academic Experts through different communication channels in a professional manner so as to allocate Assignment orders.

Requirements:

  • Basic spoken and written English;
  • Effective listening and understanding;
  • Chatting With Customers;
  • Checking Dispatches;
  • Should have an eye for detail;
  • Process oriented: Demonstrable commitment to following processes, documentation etc;
  • Ability to address problems and opportunities;
