Our company is looking for a Documentation Engineer to join our team.

Create and maintain internal and external documentation for technologies and tools used within Danaher Digital;
Establish best practices and standards for documentation development;
Contribute to the team charter to design and build a highly scalable and resilient platform services;
Design, write, and edit technical and process documentation;
Navigate through multiple platforms such as web, iOS, and Android;
Work with geographically distributed teams while maintaining highest standards in collaboration and communication;
Create and maintain code sample fragments and sample apps;
Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the quality, discoverability, and accuracy of the content you create and develop.

Experience producing and organizing content with a logical flow;
BA/BS degree in computer science, technical writing, physics, mathematics, or chemistry or equivalent experience;
Experience meeting multiple deadlines;
3+ years experience in writing, technical documentation, and/or developer outreach for a developer audience;
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices;
Experience writing, proofreading and editing;
Willingness to travel (<10%);
Experience with agile development methodology; Ability to work with multi-geography/site teams;
Experience and knowledge of Git, JIRA, and Jenkins;
Good knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, cloud computing;
Experience in digital health industry with HIPAA compliance training;
2+ years experience with a programming language such as JavaScript, Objective-C, Java, PHP, Python, etc;
Experience programming, using the command-line, trying out user interfaces, and working with prototypes in test environments;
Experience with authoring tools such as XML, HTML, Markdown, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator;
2+ Years working with relational database systems and SQL.
