Responsibilities:
- Managing Adobe India’s partner relationships, tools, & platforms for talent acquisition;
- Managing data effectively for the talent acquisition team including managing databases, analysing data, synthesizing data insights, & data reporting;
- Partnering with a 3rd party vendor to hire contingent workforce for the organization;
- Directing Adobe’s background verification processes.
Requirements:

- A reputation for being an exceptional hunter, with best-in-class candidate generation and client management skills to bring to the table;
- The ability to prioritize and improve your time, convey a sense of urgency, and an understanding of the value of providing amazing service;
- 12+ years of recruiting industry experience;
- Keen eye for talent acquisition tools and platforms;
- Confident, energetic and effective in executing on key initiatives in a face paced environment;
- Strong operational management skills; able to manage data effectively to tell a story;
- Ability to build credibility with different levels of management up to VP-level to consult and influence;
- Passion for recruitment with focus on strong candidate and manager engagement.
