Responsibilities:

  • Managing Adobe India’s partner relationships, tools, & platforms for talent acquisition;
  • Managing data effectively for the talent acquisition team including managing databases, analysing data, synthesizing data insights, & data reporting;
  • Partnering with a 3rd party vendor to hire contingent workforce for the organization;
  • Directing Adobe’s background verification processes.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A reputation for being an exceptional hunter, with best-in-class candidate generation and client management skills to bring to the table;
  • The ability to prioritize and improve your time, convey a sense of urgency, and an understanding of the value of providing amazing service;
  • 12+ years of recruiting industry experience;
  • Keen eye for talent acquisition tools and platforms;
  • Confident, energetic and effective in executing on key initiatives in a face paced environment;
  • Strong operational management skills; able to manage data effectively to tell a story;
  • Ability to build credibility with different levels of management up to VP-level to consult and influence;
  • Passion for recruitment with focus on strong candidate and manager engagement.
